My Weigh Loss Journey

Hi, girls. For those of you who are on this weight loss journey with me, this is just me sharing thoughts from the heart… My main reason for losing weight in the first place was because I was tired of all my great qualities being overlooked because I was ‘fat’. Losing weight often feels like an impossible challenge and all too frequently the results are just shy of painfully disappointing. Not this time…
I’m ready for this weight loss challenge :) What about You?

Diet plan:   3 week diet (Edit: It clearly works. Recommend)


Week 1
Started slowly… I did notice an increase in energy levels.

I am going to make all changes slowly so I don’t feel deprived, also this will help me make it part of my everyday routine instead of it being a ‘diet’. It doesn’t feel like a diet!

On Day 7, I got on the scale and couldn’t believe my eyes.
I had lost 10 pounds(~4.5kg).

Week 2
I started the week off with even more energy. What matters most is that I feel healthy and am genuinely happy.
I had lost another 9 pounds(~4.0kg).

Week 3
The first two weeks I was losing weight so easy, and seeing changes everywhere. After 3 weeks, all my doubts and skepticism had absolutely vanished. I have never been so excited for the future. Feeling awesome… :)
I had lost another 11 pounds(~5kg).
